If you or a family member has been charged with a criminal offense you may be scared and unsure of the steps needed to protect your rights.  A consultation with an attorney will most likely alleviate some of your uncertainty and give you a perspective on what you may be facing in court.

My office is open from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.  Since I am in Court almost every day consultations need to be scheduled.  I do not charge for any consultations held during normal business hours.  For those consultations scheduled after hours or on the weekends there is a $50 consultation fee.
